Payment methods accepted: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Cash, Travellers’ cheques in Euros and Travel vouchers.
The entire Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. In the event of failure to observe this clause, the Hotel reserves the right to invoice a fixed fee in the amount of €80 to restore the room to its former state.
No pets will be admitted into the Hotel.
- Cancellation can be done up to three days prior to arrival. Once less than three days prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be invoiced.*
- Any change to the expected number of booked nights that is not indicated 24 hrs before the date of departure will entail the invoicing of one nights’ stay.
- In the event of a no-show, the entire booking will be invoiced.
Conditions of promotional offers
Special offers cannot be cancelled or refunded, even in the event of a change made to the booking (your credit card will be debited on making the booking).
- For stays falling outside of promotional periods (1 or 2 nights), pre-authorisation in the amount of the cost of one nights’ stay will be debited from the credit card whose details have been provided on booking.
- For stays falling outside of promotional periods (3 nights or longer), a 30% deposit* on the total amount will be debited from the credit card whose details have been provided on booking.*Deposits are non-refundable.
*If your booking includes a deposit, this will not be refunded, in accordance with Section N1590 of the French Civil Code: “Any deposit already paid as surety shall remain acquired”
